Founder's Story

Rajan Koirala is an established name in the areas of coaching, counseling, consulting, and training & development in Nepal and abroad. After working in human capital and education industry for over a decade, Mr. Koirala realized a big gap in skills and education along with personal and professional relationships in Nepal. Hence, he introduced Mindset Cube to guide individuals and organizations in creating better vision through actions.

Mr. Koirala is a certified Life Coach, Career Counselor, NLP Practitioner and Soft Skills Trainer. He has trained 100K+ youths, employees and industry leaders in public speaking, effective communications & team building, emotional intelligence, customer excellence, leadership and motivation, NLP techniques in personal & professional growth and much more. He has also appeared in numerous ideas presentations as a judge, emcee and panel moderator in national and international conferences. Koirala has received several awards and recognitions in the field of training and workshops.
